Thorough understanding of search engine optimization and writing for the web
Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
Work with internal web team to obtain in-depth information of the system and applications
Write easy-to-understand online guidance, including tutorials, a knowledge base, and video guides for web administrators (content creators)
Online and onsite training on web applications
Build and maintain a collaborative working relationship with web administrators and web team
Analyze existing content and collaborate with web administrators and Institutional Marketing team on how to improve content for search engine optimization and good user experience
Other duties as assigned
