We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic digital marketing manager to work in a team environment who has expertise in:
Planning and executing digital and inbound marketing campaigns: SEO/SEM, email, reputation management, paid social and display advertising
Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Monitoring social media presence across all social networks
This person will lead our inbound marketing and digital/paid social strategy while also handling day-to-day digital marketing execution. The right candidate will have proven success in customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns. This position works closely with the web, social, insights & analytics, content and UX teams to maximize multichannel communications efforts.
Plan and execute all digital and search marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, reputation management, paid social and display advertising campaigns
Work with team members to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate multi-channel campaigns
Participate on social media team to help manage social channels and monitor our social media presence
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption where appropriate
Provide functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Ensure appropriate planning and resources are in place to accomplish goals
Act as consultant with internal departments for best practices on digital marketing especially social media and SEM
May manage one or more direct reports
Other duties as assigned
Proven working experience in digital marketing, healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, reputation management, paid social and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience optimizing landing pages
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SiteImprove)
Experience with call tracking and dynamic phone numbers
Experience with SEO data aggregation and reputation management tools (e.g. Yext, Binary Fountain, etc)
Experience setting up and optimizing multiple Google Adwords campaigns using relevant tools (e.g. Wordstream, SpyFu, AnswerThePublic)
Solid knowledge of social media listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
