CBRE is seeking a Manager – Owner and Occupier B2B Marketing.
JOB SUMMARY As the Manager – Owner and Occupier Marketing, this position will act as the value proposition owner for marketing efforts towards owner and occupier clients and customers. The key responsibilities of this role are to a) develop and communicate a very compelling value proposition for our unique audiences (owners, occupiers) in order to educate and attract interest and b) develop, edit, and manage all sales material needs (pitch decks, proposals, etc.) required throughout the sales cycle. This position will contribute at a high-level and must be comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves and being in the weeds. The ideal person for this role will be a self-motivated achiever and self-starter with strong B2B marketing acumen, high attention to detail, and strong communication, project management and leadership skills to help shape world-class marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Owns, develops and maintains highly-compelling value propositions for both the owner and occupier audiences with input and close collaboration from sales.
Serves as single point of contact for pursuits, collaborating with the sales organization to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals and presentations; resources team members and ensures service delivery.
Owns, develops and executes an ongoing marketing strategy in support of building awareness and reach for these value propositions (content, events, lead generation opportunities, trade show presence, etc.)
Owns all new business sales & marketing materials (content, collateral, research, presentation) in collaboration with other internal marketing resources (creative & content).
Manages proposal and presentation process from inception to completion; develops and edits content, efficiently manages creative resources required for brochures, proposals, presentations any other creative collateral materials, and ensures adherence to brand standards.
Serves as brand manager, ensuring brand and logo integrity in all created materials.
Interfaces with executive leadership and sales professionals.
May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
May provide cost estimates by researching costs and negotiating with vendors.
Responsible for quality control for produced materials (proofreading, style guide, etc).
Marketing liaison for broker support staff, providing training and guidance when needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience; experience in commercial real estate preferred.
Excellent writing skills; writing samples must be provided.
Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Works well under deadlines.
Positive, energetic, collaborative 'can do' attitude. Adept at building internal relationships and serving several audiences, both onsite and remote. Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt to/accommodate others' work styles while achieving goals and objectives of projects and deliverables.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Creative Suite required; portfolio required.
Ability to effectively present information.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
