We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager, Data and Marketing Automation .
Creating and maintaining a strong relationship between global marketing strategy, data and automation partners.
Working closely with local marketing partners to enhance Marketing strategies to leverage data and automation opportunities to support revenue maximisation and market/wallet share.
Being the subject matter expert on the assigned areas assigned within the Marketing team, ensuring that the appropriate level of Marketing support is provided to these solution sets.
Assisting with the delivery of the Marketing plans for the areas assigned, including leveraging the most appropriate resources to deliver Marketing activity.
Using deep knowledge of data and marketing automation to deliver communications that support the business and brand objectives.
In-flight tracking of performance and measurement of key metrics, summarising learnings for feeding into future initiatives.
Driving innovation, building on existing services and developing new ideas which align with the broader business and Marketing strategy.
Recommending and creating proposals to use new tools, tactics and media channels.
Holders of this role are expected to demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences.
These should include digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Agile working practices, data and analytical tools and how this helps HSBC to be more customer centric.
Degree level qualification in marketing or business studies preferred.
Broad business experience, ideally with some external to HSBC within a Financial Service based institution.
Demonstrated ability to identify strategic needs based solutions both now and in the future.
Experience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sites.
Proven understanding of data and marketing automation and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as communications development.
Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development activities.
Strength in digital and analytical skills.
Proven track record in operating with and influencing leadership teams.
Proven track record in self-motivation, drive and delivering success.
Strong understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer, business decision maker and industry trends.
Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
