The Marketing Specialist will execute graduate enrollment marketing campaigns, coordinating a wide variety of details that involve digital advertising, print collateral, copy writing, and graphic design. This individual will create integrated project schedules, ensure error-free deliverables, maintain records of work flow, and route projects for approval. The Marketing Specialist will serve as a liaison between designers, outside vendors, the internal interactive team, and key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the university to coordinate efficient and timely creative project development
This includes updating ads, emails, and landing pages and coordinating both photo and video shoots while meeting deadlines and adhering to brand standards.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business with four to six years of experience in marketing required. Direct marketing experience, including experience with executing marketing plans for enrollment marketing in an agency or marketing-related field is preferred. Previous higher education experience preferred. Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Requires excellent writing and verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal skills the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and ability to take initiative and think creatively. Experience working with a marketing automation tool (Marketo) and customer relationship management system (Salesforce) a plus.
