Job Title: Trusted Choice Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Director of Marketing Operations, Trusted Choice

Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Trusted Choice staff and IIABA Communications department to deliver digital marketing tools for members while also assisting in digital consumer facing assets. This person will monitor and maintain social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn and will use sound judgement in posting and responding to user generated content. This position will also be a part of the IIABA communications team and generate content specific to the Trusted Choice brand for internal and member promotions. The position will also assist in the production and dissemination of training materials for Trusted Choice independent insurance agents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively monitor and maintain Trusted Choice social media outposts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Including paid digital advertising.
Develop consumer facing digital campaigns in conjunction with the Director of Marketing Operations.
Review monthly social media analytics with team to determine success of campaigns.
Develop and manage editorial calendars and workflows.
Assist the Trusted Choice team in the development of new tools and resources, training materials, marketing materials and management of related projects as the need arises
Author branding/marketing related articles for use in association and industry publications and will work closely with communication’s editorial and marketing staff
Stay on-top of social media trends and provide recommendations.
Create consumer facing content and graphics in coordination with our creative team related to insurance and independent insurance agents.
Work with Trusted Choice team to maintain and update the member facing resources website.

Experience with Hootsuite, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Experience with consumer branding, content marketing, trade association and/or insurance agency operations a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and project management skills are strongly desired.
Internal and External Contacts:
This individual has frequent contact with association members, committee liaisons, company executives, consumers that engage the TC social media outposts and internal staff.
This position is typically performed in a traditional office environment; however, the individual may also be required to travel to other locations for meetings and other business related needs. Work at home privileges may be granted under certain circumstances, with prior authorization of Department Head. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
Education and Professional Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, communications, or journalism with some coursework in marketing (preferred). Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and project management skills are strongly desired.
3-5 years Marketing experience.
At least 2-5 years of social media experience directly creating content and managing advertising.
Top notch customer service skills
Strong analytical and communication skills is a must.
Experience with consumer branding, trade association and/or insurance agency operations a plus.
Proficient with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Hubspot.
