Leads the marketing arm of CBRE's business development/pursuit support function in the Southwest. Works with consultative sales team to develop all collateral for pursuing new accounts and renewing/expanding existing business. Responsibilities including writing proposals and creating presentations, managing Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, working with our design team to create multiple types of collateral for pitches, writing other non-press pieces (including case studies and brochure copywriting), and assisting in knowledge management of standard marketing content.
