AHCA is seeking a Product Fulfillment & Marketing Manager with a commitment to improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care. The person in this role will oversee product stock levels to ensure timely shipping of goods and merchandise for more than 150 AHCA/NCAL publications/products. This role will also manage supply chain partnerships with 20+ vendors, provide customer service support and manage content and functionality for online bookstore. Develop marketing strategies to grow AHCA’s second online bookstore for e-books and help meet the association’s annual non-dues revenue goal for publication/product sales of $1 million (plus).
Formal training program of one to two years beyond high school or an Associate's degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred); three to five years related work experience; demonstrated analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently; solid attention to detail and superior organizational skills; good decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The ideal candidate will possess: -Knowledge of fulfillment, order processing, and basic accounting principles; management of multiple projects; ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Working knowledge of html web-based tools; proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional graphic experience is a plus.
