Responsibilities:
Consumer Deposits Onboarding
- Ensure a seamless and superior account opening journey through various digital channels, relevant campaigns and propositions to drive customer acquisitions & STP account opening
- Maintain and grow strategic partnerships with industry partners and government bodies to acquire New-to-Singapore account opening
- Develop and support a comprehensive Workplace Banking proposition as part of One Bank strategy for CBG SG to drive low-cost CASA and salary crediting
- Collaborate with regional and institutional stakeholders, to leverage & unlock value for corporate clients while accelerating consumer acquisition
- Influence and engage external stakeholders to understand how to resolve their pain points, so as to drive acquisition of Workplace Banking partners
- Monthly reporting and tracking of performance, key drivers and business outcomes identified in value map and performance management architecture (PMA)
- Drive internal engagement and conversations with best practices and data-backed insights
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, business analysis or client relationship management role
- Good understanding of consumer banking products, customer journeys, propositions and customer acquisition strategies, with a good grasp on data analytics
- Strong external presentation and client engagement skills
- Highly collaborative, with effective stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Naturally inquisitive with a knack for problem solving
