About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (Platform) who will lead the development and enhancement of our core backend systems. This role focuses on building and optimizing foundational "engine" components that power business operations.

You will lead product strategy, execution, and discovery across cross-functional teams to build solutions that drive seamless and efficient EV operations. Unlike user-facing product roles, this position is centered on designing and improving the underlying systems that enable scalability, reliability, and performance across all product lines.What Will You Do

• Own and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, design, validation, development, launch, and iteration of core platform systems.
• Define and manage backend product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications.
• Lead product planning through data analysis, market insight, operational feedback, and user research.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and refine business cases, prioritization frameworks, and trade-off decisions.
• Track product performance through KPIs, analytics dashboards, and post-launch evaluations.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder alignment while ensuring effective communication.
• Continuously learn from customer and operational insights to improve product value and usability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3-6 years of experience in product management within tech, mobility, logistics, fintech, or similar environments.
• Strong technical background, ideally a former Software Engineer
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product data to drive decision-making.
• Solid understanding of system workflows, API-driven products, or IoT-integrated solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Enjoys diving deep into technical details and continuously improving system performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working on operational products with field or hardware integration.
• Familiarity with EV charging, battery systems, or transportation platforms.
• Experience using Agile processes and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
• Background in launching new products in early-stage or fast-growth environments.
