Description
As the Team Leader, Performance Marketing, you set the vision and drive high-impact, data-driven paid media strategies across the organization. You lead and develop a team that specializes in paid social, creative testing, and direct response marketing campaigns. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader-elevating the team's performance, optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI, and ensuring creative excellence through ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis. Your collaborative style, deep data fluency, and passion for innovation ensure exceptional results and a culture of growth.About the Role
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of online paid advertising and direct response campaigns across multiple digital channels, with an emphasis on paid social and creative testing
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and support for team members to foster growth, learning, and skill development
- Develop, prioritize, and manage learning agendas-including A/B and multivariate testing-to improve ad creative and campaign performance
- Analyze marketing performance data, using advanced analytics tools and Excel, to identify actionable trends and optimize efforts for ROI and business impact
- Ensure the team leverages best-in-class technology and third-party marketing platforms to maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners-including creative, analytics, and external agency teams-to drive continuous improvement in campaign strategies and creative assets
- Develop and present compelling reports and insights for senior executives, internal stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with short-, mid-, and long-term objectives
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, management, analytics, or related field
- 6 years of experience in a performance marketing role or equivalent, with significant paid social and creative testing focus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Extensive experience with data analysis, metrics-driven optimization, and running A/B tests in performance marketing settings
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of direct leadership or people management experience in a high-performing marketing environment
- Expert proficiency with third-party marketing platforms and social/display ad management tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creative review and asset collaboration
- Expert in data analysis tools (including advanced Excel functions, such as Pivot Tables) to interpret metrics and guide decision-making
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and coach team members on campaign execution, creative development, and analytics

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates only: the compensation for this position is $102,000.00-$216,500.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off. More information regarding these benefits and others can be found here . The information regarding compensation and other benefits included in this paragraph is only an estimate and is subject to revision from time to time as the Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deems appropriate. The Company may determine during its review of the proposed compensation and benefits provided for this position, that the compensation and benefits for such position should be reduced. In no event will the Company reduce the compensation for the position to a level below the applicable jurisdictional minimum wage rate for the position.
