Description

- Be responsible for the design and management of structured notes and

OCT product structured notes, including active management notes (AMC,

AMN), etc., similar to Nomura's leveraged packaged notes (such as Lani N

ote);

- Participate in the construction of the structure of overseas fund products

, possess clear logical thinking ability, and have a deep understanding of t

he financial market and financial products;

- Design and optimize cross-border channels for domestic and foreign fu

nds, be familiar with cross-border investment channels such as QD, QFLP,

QDLP and related policies and regulations;

- Visit and conduct due diligence on the introduction of high-quality exter

nal structured products, including snowball, FCN, AMC, ABS, CLI and other

wealth management products, to improve the company's product line, en

rich product types and enhance product competitiveness;

- Organize and implement the launch and promotion of financial products

, and promote the market performance and customer acceptance of prod

ucts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, investment

or law and other related fields, those holding CFA or CPA qualifications ar

e preferred;

- Have more than 3 years of product design experience in banks, funds, tr

usts, securities or private equity and other financial institutions, have stron

g financial product design and innovation ability, and those with working e

xperience in Hong Kong are preferred;

- Be proficient in the design and operation mechanism of structured finan

cial products, understand the mainstream product trends in the market, an

d have good communication and negotiation skills;

- Have a strong sense of teamwork, excellent written and oral communicat

ion skills, be responsible, honest and trustworthy, and be proactive in work
