JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Strategic Initiatives Product Manager, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional projects and identify new growth opportunities for our Westwing Collection. You will analyse trends and business data to shape long-term assortment and category strategies, build business cases, and support strategic decision-making. You will closely collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Sourcing teams as well as with external designers to bring strategic concepts fromthe idea stage to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision. This position is permanentand based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyse market trends and identify relevant ones for Westwing Collection, leveraging AI when suitable
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from idea to execution across Westwing Collection teams
• Support the development of long-term assortment and category strategies
• Lead business cases, opportunity sizing, and strategic recommendations to expand Westwing Collection
• Coordinate external designers and ensure alignment with brand vision
• Collaborate with product management and design teams from concept to launch

YOU COME WITH

• 3+ years of relevant experience in creative direction and/or trend forecasting, ideally in Home & Living or Fashion industries
• Strong passion for interior design and creative trends
• "Can-do" and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Structured and organised way of working
• Creative and strategic approach with the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English; any other European language is a plus
