About the job Sr Product Manager - Growth & User ExperienceKey Responsibilities
- Own Growth Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for merchant retention, activation, and engagement across all BukuWarung products
- Build Experimentation Culture: Establish A/B testing frameworks, define experiment roadmaps, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making
- Drive User Experience Improvements: Identify friction points in merchant journeys and prioritize UX improvements with measurable impact
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and own growth KPIs including retention rate, activation rate, and user engagement metrics
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data, Marketing, and Business teams to align growth initiatives with company goals
- User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, retention, or user engagement
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred
- Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C) in SEA markets
- Proven track record of running A/B tests and experiments with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven prioritization
- Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal tools)
- Ability to work autonomously - define own roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution with minimal direction
- Excellent communication skills - can influence stakeholders and present to leadership
- Strong user research skills - comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Experience in agile methodologies
