Description
Kregel Publications is seeking a creative, highly organized, and collaborative Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help drive awareness, engagement, and sales across our growing publishing program. This full-time role plays a key part in executing digital marketing initiatives for approximately 45–60 new releases annually, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, digital advertising, website updates, author support, and title launch coordination. Working closely with the marketing team, this individual will create compelling content, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, support author promotions, track performance metrics, and help expand Kregel’s reach to readers, retailers, influencers, and ministry audiences.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an early-career marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field and a passion for engaging audiences through digital media. Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms, digital advertising, email marketing, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, HTML, and Amazon marketing tools is strongly preferred. A demonstrated interest in Christian publishing, Christian media, or the book industry, along with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a mission-driven organization, will help candidates thrive in this role.
