POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Snr/Product Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Snr/Product Manager for the Concierge Marketplace Platform at Miray, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform and ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling features and functionalities that enhance our product offerings. Your expertise in the marketplace dynamics will guide the team in aligning our services with user needs while analyzing market trends and customer feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the product development lifecycle for the concierge marketplace platform, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define and deliver product features.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to refine product requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines that ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a marketplace or tech setting.
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics and customer service excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
