Position Summary
Community First Credit Union is seeking an accomplished marketing executive to join their team in the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the SVP leads a multidisciplinary team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels. This role oversees brand stewardship, market research, budget management, and performance analytics while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. The SVP collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns, product launches, and member engagement initiatives that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union. A Master’s degree is preferred.
