We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Product Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning ideas into real products.
Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product initiatives from ideation to execution and go-to-market. You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to shape product direction, define priorities, and turn ideas into real products. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role requires a highly independent operator who can identify opportunities, prototype and validate concepts, and lead products end-to-end in a fast-moving environment. A core part of this role is shaping how multiple products and solutions fit together into a connected ecosystem. The ideal candidate is AI-first in how they work, comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows, and able to move from concept to launch with a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities and contribute to early-stage product ideation
- Own product initiatives end-to-end from concept through launch
- Define and maintain product roadmaps
- Translate product strategy into actionable product requirements
- Work closely with engineering to prototype and iterate on solutions
- Contribute to product experimentation and early validation
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic product direction
- Track product performance and define relevant KPIs
- Continuously iterate on product features based on feedback and data
- Lead the integration of different products and solutions into one cohesive ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment and a seamless user experience
- 10 years of experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated experience bringing products from idea to market
- Strong hands-on execution mindset
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Ability to independently lead and drive product initiatives
- Experience operating in startup or scale-up environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, media, or IP-driven industries
- Familiarity with licensing or working with large intellectual property
- Experience working closely with founders or executive teams in startup or scale-up environments
- Experience building products in small, fast-moving teams
- Experience working in international environments
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly autonomous and comfortable working independently
- Combines strategy with hands-on execution
- Is comfortable prototyping ideas and experimenting quickly
- Works closely with leadership and small product teams
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Based in the Münster area, a commutable region, or Berlin
- Ability to commute to the Münster office up to three days per week, or relocate to the Münster area
