We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager DE in Germany.In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of a cutting-edge financial platform, directly impacting the daily operations of small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work in a highly collaborative, product-led environment, focusing on user research, continuous discovery, and delivering meaningful solutions. This position offers the opportunity to define strategic objectives, set roadmaps, and influence product outcomes while working closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to take ownership of your initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to shaping processes that enhance productivity and innovation. Accountabilities:
- Conduct continuous user research to uncover pain points and gather actionable insights.
- Define product OKRs and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers and engineers to deliver MVPs and iterate on solutions.
- Lead the execution of product initiatives, tracking impact against OKRs and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and open communication within your squad and across teams.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level Product Managers, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Contribute to improving product processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a scale-up, fintech, or technology-driven environment.
- Full professional fluency in German; proficient in English.
- Strong skills in user research, developing product intuition, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent structured communication skills to influence, align stakeholders, and lead squads.
- Ability to simplify and navigate complex problems, breaking them into manageable pieces.
- Hands-on, proactive approach willing to step beyond traditional product management duties when needed.
- Familiarity with accounting concepts is a plus, though curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.
- Experience defining OKRs, setting roadmaps, and driving product initiatives from ideation to impact.
