Description
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join Centric's R&D department, specializing in AI-driven pricing and inventory optimization solutions. As part of our innovative product team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, building, and scaling intelligent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our global retail and fashion customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact products at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data science, and retail operations, shaping the future of how retailers optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, product designers, and business stakeholders, and you will be expected to take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our AI-based products, such as the AI-powered demand forecast, promotional AI recommendation, or AI Agent product line.
- Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven analysis to shape product direction, with prior experience in pricing and promotions, as well as AI Agents, considered a strong advantage.
- Balance long-term innovation with near-term delivery, ensuring solutions continuously create measurable value for customers and the business.
- Translate complex retail and merchandising challenges into actionable product opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize effectively
- Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate algorithms and models into usable, valuable products.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (R&D leaders, engineering, sales, customer success) to align product direction.
- Act as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback from retailers and end users into product requirements.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success in AI, data-driven, or algorithm-heavy products.
- Experience in retail, pricing, supply chain, or inventory management is a strong plus.
- Track record of delivering end-to-end products, from concept to launch and adoption.
- Strong ability to balance discovery vs. delivery, ensuring continuous learning without sacrificing execution.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to define, measure, and communicate product success using data.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their implications for business value and product design.
- Skilled at managing complexity, standardizing products where possible while allowing for necessary customization.
- Strong communicator and storyteller, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities with diplomacy.
- Experience coaching teams and contributing to organizational transformation toward modern product practices.
