About the Team
You'll be joining our Product Management team, a group of passionate problem-solvers responsible for shaping the future of Amartha's digital products. Our mission is to build user-centric, scalable, and impactful solutions that drive financial inclusion for underbanked communities across Indonesia.
The team is structured around key product domains, including lending, funding, payments, and core platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of one of these domains, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, UX, Finance, and Compliance to drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
About the role
In this role as Senior Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to solve customer problems, define the product vision, and build scalable products. You'll collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and UX Designers to help Amartha deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy to align with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads including engineering, design, data science, operations, risk and compliance
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and business requirements to inform product decisions
- Drive end-to-end product development: from concept to launch to iteration
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Analyze performance metrics (usage, conversion, NPS, revenue impact, system performance, etc.) to optimize product features
- Mentor junior product managers and help foster a culture of product excellence and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects/solid ownership of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data to drive decisions
- Experience working in agile and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fintech company is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, economics); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
