Description
Job DescriptionOur client is a key player in the insurance landscape. They enable insurers to connect with digital distribution channels and to administer their claims cost-effectively. They are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of core product vision, growth strategy, and technical depth. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who can define "what & why," deeply understand "how," and accelerate "how fast the company can grow."
The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle - from ideation and system design through adoption, retention, and monetization. As one of the senior PMs on the team, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to shape the roadmap, build scalable systems, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Leadership
- Define and own the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals.
 - Translate customer problems and market opportunities into a clear roadmap.
 - Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and platform health.

Growth & Experimentation
- Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
 - Run A/B tests, funnel analyses, and rapid experiments to unlock growth.
 - Partner with marketing and sales to align product-led and market-led growth initiatives.

Technical & Execution Depth
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability trade-offs.
 - Write clear product specs that balance technical feasibility and user value.
 - Anticipate system bottlenecks and make decisions that safeguard long-term velocity.

Cross-Functional Impact
- Evangelize the product internally and externally - from execs and sales to customers and partners.
 - Build trust across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams by bridging business and technical perspectives.
 - Ensure features are not just shipped, but adopted, measured, and iterated on.

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2-3 years in growth or platform-focused roles.
 - Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes across both product adoption and business impact.
 - Strong technical literacy - comfortable discussing system design, APIs, and integrations with engineers.
 - Deep analytical skills - expertise with funnel metrics, SQL/BI tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
 - Customer-first mindset combined with strategic business sense.
 - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - able to rally execs, partners, and users around a shared vision.

Skills Required
- Customer & Market Insight: Can research, validate, and prioritize features.
 - Data-Driven Growth: Skilled at funnel analysis, A/B testing, and metrics optimization.
 - Technical Depth: Can read specs, grasp APIs, discuss system design, and work smoothly with engineering teams.
 - Business & Strategy Sense: Balances revenue, cost, and long-term positioning while iterating quickly.
 - Storytelling & Evangelism: Can pitch internally (to execs, sales, design) and externally (to customers, partners, investors).
