Job Description
Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital products, from roadmap strategy and market research to launch and post-release optimization. Drives data-informed decisions, gathers customer feedback, and partners cross-functionally to enhance user experience, boost adoption, and deliver business impact.
• Define, prioritize, and execute the mobile app product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Owns product backlog and prioritization
• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Works closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (activation, retention, engagement, revenue, conversion rates) to guide decision-making.
• Develop and own product analytics dashboards to track KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Use data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnel metrics) to validate hypotheses and optimize product outcomes.
• Translate insights from customer feedback and product data into actionable product enhancements
• Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards are met while scaling adoption and engagement.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience
• Mobile apps experience is a must, fintech or telecom experience is preferred
• Market & Industry insights
• Familiar with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello,..etc)
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, mixpanel,..etc)
• Experience in A/B testing
• Familiar with scrum methodology
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
