The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

• Background in HR technology, workforce management, eCommerce, or related domains
• 5+ years in product management with success in B2B software products
• Proven record of leading products from concept to market adoption
• Experience with agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Skilled in defining and measuring KPIs/business impact
• Experience in organizations undergoing digital transformation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, and business teams
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms
• Understanding of API integrations, data architecture, and system performance
• Skilled in user research and customer discovery methodologies
• Proficient in product analytics tools
• Ability to influence cultural change toward product-led practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Your Daily Tasks

Core Focus Areas

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business strategy
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user research
• Develop data-driven product roadmaps with clear business impact projections
• Establish success metrics and regularly measure/report on ROI

User Experience & Value Creation

• Lead customer discovery initiatives and map user journeys
• Define user value propositions and track satisfaction/adoption metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation for continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering teams on technical feasibility and delivery planning
• Collaborate with PMO on project coordination and stakeholder communication
• Translate business needs into product requirements with stakeholders
• Coordinate with customer success and sales teams for feedback and insights

Product Management Excellence

• Implement robust product discovery and validation processes
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear frameworks
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Ensure successful launches with comprehensive go-to-market planning

Key Relationships

Internal

• Head of Product Management - Provides strategic oversight and ensures alignment with mission, vision, and goals
• Division Management Teams/Managers - Provide support, direction, and ensure cross-department alignment

External

Clients - Primary point of contact ensuring service delivery, SLA compliance, and satisfaction

• Evaluate resources and processes for client experience improvement
• Serve as a liaison for communication and expectation management
