Job Description
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for guiding the evolution of the KONUX system and how it solves the most significant problems of our customers to make railway to mobility choice of tomorrow and create a sustainable future. You will closely collaborate with users and our internal teams to design, build, and deliver value-added features within our product portfolio. Based on your technical understanding, you will translate industry needs into viable software solutions powered by AI and IIoT. Our ideal candidate has a very positive can-do attitude and thrives on breaking down complex problems into clear requirements and can align with various stakeholders.

Your Impact
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas, aligning with the company vision and business goals.
- Act as the main product expert for your domain-owning end-to-end responsibility from discovery to delivery and lifecycle management.
- Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities, competitive moves, and technology trends to steer the product direction.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing) to build features that deliver tangible business impact.
- Drive innovation by continuously challenging the status quo and improving how customers interact with our solutions.
- Establish success metrics and track performance through insights, user feedback, and analytics to ensure continuous product improvement.
To be successful in this role
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or enterprise environment, ideally building complex, data-driven, or AI-powered software products.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and bringing impactful products from concept to market.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to connect high-level strategy to detailed execution.
- Comfort working closely with machine learning and data science teams, translating real-world railway and infrastructure pain points into clear, addressable product and modeling problems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and clearly articulate product vision, priorities and trade-offs.
- Confidence in leading and making decisions in situations of ambiguity, where problems are not fully defined and constraints evolve over time.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, user research, and product tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Hotjar, DataDog) to guide decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with distributed teams where ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action are essential.
- Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile solutions or industrial IoT applications is an advantage.
- Willingness to occasionally visit customer sites, including railway environments, to deeply understand use cases and operations.
