Description
Location: Full Onsite. Berlin Mitte, Germany.About Company
A next-generation supply chain platform, the company is redefining how one of the world's largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. Engineered to unlock the full potential of global trade, it harnesses agentic AI and workflow automation to provide seamless, high-efficiency access to premium materials at scale.
Since its commercial rollout, the platform has fueled exponential growth, optimizing procurement for thousands of businesses while setting new benchmarks for speed, transparency, and efficiency. Its competitive edge lies in full digitization and AI-driven supply chain management automation, eliminating inefficiencies and creating a direct, intelligent bridge between suppliers and buyers.
At its core is a proprietary AI-powered operating system that autonomously manages sourcing, sales, fulfillment, and fintech solutions within a unified order-to-pay infrastructure. By embedding financial services and logistics directly into its platform, it self-optimizes trade flows, reduces reliance on intermediaries, and accelerates transactions with minimal human intervention.
With a team of 75+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.
What you will do
As a Product Manager for Growth & AI Automation, you will drive platform growth by combining data, AI, and automation to scale our marketplace efficiently.
You will work across product, engineering, and operations to design how AI agents and automation layers accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, and retention - while reducing operational friction and cost.
You will:
- Translate growth and business goals into a product strategy centered on automation and AI enablement.
 - Design and own AI-powered workflows across the customer journey - from quoting and procurement to delivery and support - improving speed, accuracy, and user experience.
 - Partner with Engineering and Data to deploy AI agents (e.g., quoting, supplier sourcing, risk, or logistics) that enhance operational scalability and customer responsiveness.
 - Use predictive and generative AI to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and automate internal decisions in procurement, fulfillment, and finance.
 - Identify growth bottlenecks using operational data, sales signals, and user feedback, and translate them into automation or process improvements.
 - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure automation directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
 - Champion an AI-native product culture, where every product initiative leverages intelligence and automation as growth levers.

- You have 5+ years of experience in product management in fast-scaling or complex operational environments (marketplace, SaaS, fintech, or logistics).
 - You have led automation or AI-driven initiatives that improved customer experience, reduced cost, or increased throughput.
 - You understand how AI and workflow automation can scale managed marketplace operations - e.g., quoting, procurement, delivery, risk management, or support.
 - You are fluent in growth thinking, translating business objectives into measurable operational and product outcomes.
 - You are comfortable working with AI and data teams, understanding system architecture and how intelligence flows between services (APIs, LLMs, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph).
 - You are analytical, structured, and execution-driven, with a pragmatic approach to validating impact through real-world performance, not volume testing.
 - You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, bridging Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
 - You are fluent in German and English.

- A high-impact role at the intersection of Product, Growth, and AI Automation in one of Europe's fastest-scaling marketplaces.
 - The opportunity to build and scale AI agents and automation loops that directly impact customer growth, margin, and efficiency.
 - Collaboration with an experienced founder team and top-tier investors (including unicorn founders and industry leaders).
 - Entrepreneurial freedom and ownership, with clear visibility of your impact on the company's trajectory.
 - Competitive compensation and a future-proof role in a rapidly scaling organization.
 - Great office space in the center of Berlin, monthly All Hands, and team events.

- A role to fulfill with entrepreneurial freedom and a pre-validated business model to be pushed to the next level
 - An experienced founding team (three companies, 2 exits)
 - A future-proof job with an attractive salary in a successful and value-oriented company
 - Collaboration with top-tier investors and angels (incl. various unicorn founders) as well as leading market experts
 - A challenging yet rewarding work environment, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company
 - Beautiful office space in the center of Berlin, monthly all-hands, team events, and team lunches
