Job Purpose:
The Liquidity & Accounts Senior Product Manager will manage the multi-billion AED balances for WBG and build functionality to support our clients operational balances.
Principal Accountability:
Liquidity Strategy & Optimization
Develop and refine liquidity models to maximize profitability and pricing efficiency.
Undertake balance and cash flow forecasting in collaboration with Treasury.
Product Development & Execution
Launch Full Virtual Account Management and deliver Notional Pooling as a holistic offering.
Align payment functionality between Physical Accounts (PA) and Virtual Accounts (VA) for seamless payment and reporting.
Implement Multibank Liquidity solutions and enhance reporting capabilities.
Market & Vendor Management
Benchmark reporting and develop associated strategy plans.
Optimize vendor relationships to extract maximum value and ensure best-in-class solutions.
Revenue & CASA Growth
P& L management, specifically driving conversion of cash deposits into operational deposits linked to business activity, improving stickiness and reducing attrition risk
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's/master's degree in economics/Accounting/ finance / business management
Preferable if CertICM or equivilant
Minimum 10+ years in Transaction Banking, Liquidity Management, or Cash Management.
Proven track record in designing and implementing liquidity solutions (Virtual Accounts, Notional Pooling, Multibank structures).
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and treasury operations.
It will be beneficial if you have experience owning transaction banking vendors or software providers.
