You'll partner with every team, build AI-driven automations, and decide when to build, buy, or hack together the best solution. If you love solving problems with clean systems, this ride's for you.

Deine Verantwortung

• Define the vision and roadmap for internal tools and automation at Miles Mobility, ensuring our systems scale with our business growth.
• Lead decision-making process between:
• Building custom internal tools with developers,
• Buying off-the-shelf solutions, or
• Automating workflows via no-code platforms
• Act as the key contact for internal teams (Operations, Customer Care, Repairs, Finance, BI, etc.), developing a deep understanding of their business needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate problem statements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Develop AI-powered automations, leveraging LLMs and workflow engines to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to build reliable integrations, APIs, and automation frameworks that ensure interoperability across systems.
• Define and track key metrics like operational efficiency, time saved, error reduction, and automation ROI.

Dein Profil

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on internal tools, platform products, and/or process automation.
• Strong experience in build vs. buy evaluations and drive strategic trade-off discussions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and no-code automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.
• Technical fluency: ability to discuss APIs, data models, triggers, and workflows with engineers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning business and technical stakeholders around shared outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking impact metrics.
• Excellent communication skills (English and German), both written and verbal allowing to translate complexity into clarity.
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled operations preferred.

Nice to HaveExperience with SQL, scripting, or lightweight prototyping.
Background in process optimization, lean automation, or digital transformation.
