Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (HAE) in Latin America.As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives within the assigned therapeutic area. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and R&D, to ensure product strategies align with both market needs and organizational goals. In this role, you will oversee key product development milestones, provide insights on market trends, and communicate product strategy to internal teams. You will have the opportunity to influence regional product adoption, contribute to commercial success, and help shape innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes. This position offers exposure to complex therapeutic areas and the chance to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Accountabilities:
• Define and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for both existing and new products within the assigned therapeutic area.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and therapeutic teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs.
• Track and contribute to key product development milestones through R&D project management processes.
• Share product expertise and communicate product strategy to commercial operations.
• Ensure that defined strategies are effectively applied across regional markets.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a health-related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, including at least 5 years in commercial marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical devices sectors.
• Experience across multiple functions such as R&D, sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven ability to apply market research and leverage pharmaceutical marketing tools effectively within the region.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
