Description
Your missionYou will take ownership of our newest product module, requiring strong 0-to-1 effort, finding product-market fit and building commercial traction. Your mission is to scale a simple, connected, and smart solution for companies to manage on-site visitors, while delivering a great experience for external guests as well. This role calls for scrappiness, speed, and a strong bias toward fast iterations.
As a Senior Product Manager, your squad will play a key role in driving deskbird's strategic vision to become the leading workplace management solution in Europe, empowering both end-users and decision-makers.
In this role you will
- Take full ownership of our Visitor Management module with your product squad, ensuring a simple and seamless experience for customers managing on-site visitors. You will own the team's backlog and be accountable for customer and business impact.
 - Prioritise opportunities in alignment with our strategy, leveraging data insights to ensure we focus on what delivers the most value to our customers and the business.
 - Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment, maintaining and prioritising a feasible backlog.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of deskbird to formulate and test hypotheses, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.
 - Drive cross-team alignment and contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Management execution at deskbird.
 - Contribute to refining your product's vision, strategy, goals, and success metrics.
 
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments.
 - Proven track record in scaling new products and achieving product-market fit and go-to-market alignment.
 - Proven success in delivering B2B or B2C software solutions, using quantitative (KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback) for prioritisation.
 - Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate business goals into opportunities, and drive go-to-market success.
 - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills, with a coaching mindset.
 - Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
