Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they don't realize it. As a B2B company, we power the retail technology behind digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions. In Italy, we help retailers go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers to issue and manage receipts.
By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud. And with our paperless receipt solution, we offer consumers a modern alternative while helping merchants streamline their operations.
Sure, our solutions sound complex but our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone.
The Role
As a Senior PM, you will own a key slice of our product roadmap. You will sit at the intersection of Regulation, Technology, and Business.
We expect you to be a "Product CEO" for your area. You won't just manage a backlog; you will drive the strategy. We explicitly expect you to use AI as a force multiplier. Whether it's using LLMs to synthesize complex tax laws into user stories, or using data tools to predict churn, you should be the type of PM who uses technology to make better decisions, faster.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the Vision: Define the roadmap for your product line, ensuring it aligns with our broader mission to simplify receipts for millions.
- Data-Driven Prioritization: Evaluate opportunities and risks. You don't guess; you use data. You integrate AI insights to speed up market research and opportunity evaluation.
- Commercial Mindset: Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. You understand that a great product must also be a sellable product.
- Execution & Delivery
- From Law to Code: Translate complex fiscal and market requirements into clear product specifications. Goal: Use AI drafting tools to speed up the translation of legal texts into technical requirements.
- Backlog Management: Manage the value increment. You ensure the engineering team always has clear, refined tickets (utilizing AI for backlog grooming and acceptance criteria generation where appropriate).
- Compliance: Ensure your product meets local regulations and certification standards-this is non-negotiable in our industry.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead initiatives involving engineering, sales, and compliance. You facilitate transparent communication and ensure everyone is rowing in the same direction.
- AI Champion: Encourage the adoption of AI and automation within the product org. If there is a tool that makes us faster, we want you to test it.
- Mentorship: Help junior PMs grow by sharing best practices and contributing to our internal product culture.
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on Product Management experience. You have managed a product through its lifecycle and held accountability for its success.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Compliance-heavy SaaS is highly valued. You are comfortable operating in environments where "move fast and break things" doesn't apply to the law.
- The "AI-Augmented" Workflow: You actively use AI tools in your daily work (e.g., for research, drafting, or data analysis). You view AI as a standard part of the PM toolkit, not a novelty.
- Business Acumen: You understand LTV, CAC, and Churn. You can build a business case, not just a feature list.
- Stakeholder Management: You are a proactive communicator who can align a Sales VP and a Lead Engineer on the same goal.
- Languages: Fluent English, and German is mandatory.
- A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying
- 25 vacation days per year if you are based in Austria
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup
- Budget for personal and professional development
- Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac)
- A company culture that values clarity, well-being, and good work over noise
We work on real problems that have impact, not vanity projects. Our team is pragmatic, direct, and focused on building solid tech for an industry that needs it. We care about how things work, not how they look on paper.
If that resonates, you'll probably enjoy working here.
