We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build Aiven's managed Analytics offering, bringing together Clickhouse, Kafka and Postgres, for a seamless, cloud-native experience.
You will define and drive the strategy, roadmap and execution for how customers deploy, scale and operate analytics workloads across major cloud providers in more than 150 regions, globally.
What You'll Do:
- Own vision, strategy and roadmap for Aiven's Analytics suite
- Develop a deep understanding of target customers and translate their needs into differentiated product capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering to prioritize investments, balance new features with reliability and operability and deliver measurable customer value.
- Lead product discovery, validation and iteration using modern discovery practices.
- Drive alignment with Product, Solution Architecture, Technical Account Management, Design and Marketing.
- Enable GTM success through strong product positioning, packaging, and thought leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, define success metrics, and build business cases for investment.
- Stay on top of market trends in Analytics and act as an Ambassador in the ClickHouse Developer community.
- At least five years of experience as a product manager/product owner for B2B Analytics products
- At least 3 years of practitioner experience as a data analyst/engineer with one or more more of these products: Postgres/Kafka/Clickhouse/Snowflake/Databricks
- Deep knowledge and experience with the APIs and infrastructure to support SaaS-based applications
- Familiarity with the SaaS business model, ideally for mission-critical applications
- Hands-on experience with modern product discovery techniques to validate user needs and solutions
- Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and cloud unit economics
