About the Role:
At 3E, were building a safer, smarter, more sustainable world through intelligent compliance solutions, and were looking for a Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager whos ready to bring energy, creativity, and strategic execution to our Chemical Workplace Safety portfolio.
This is not your typical B2B marketing role. Youll be the bridge between deep technical product detail and real-world, relatable marketing. Youll lead the charge in repositioning our CWS portfolio with AI at the center, turning scientific complexity into powerful, high-converting campaigns and digital content. From web copy to webinars, from in-product messaging to paid media, youll own how our message hits the market and how it performs.
Were looking for a creative storyteller with a performance marketers brain, someone who can inject life and clarity into complex messaging and visuals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on clarity, creativity, and velocity. Youll be encouraged to test, learn, fail fast, and grow, not to chase perfection, but to drive progress. Youll collaborate closely with product, GTM, and sales to ensure everything you produce moves the needle and you'll have full visibility into how your work directly impacts pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Youll be the driving force behind portfolio-level marketing plans that elevate 3Es presence, fuel demand, and support sales performance across key industry sectors and global markets.
- Own and execute growth plans that span customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention across priority and emerging markets.
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to industries, buyer needs, and personas, turning complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value stories.
- Activate integrated campaigns in partnership with content, demand gen, events, and brand teams, using SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and more.
- Manage our web presence for your portfolio: ensure product pages are optimized, current, and converted.
- Support sales success with value-driven collateral, tools, and training resources that empower commercial teams to win, grow, and retain business.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously gathering insights on the market, customers, competitors, and trends that shape your portfolios opportunity space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and GTM teams to align goals, strategies, and execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years in B2B product or portfolio marketing, ideally in a software/SaaS environment
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Comfort toggling between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity
- Data-savvy and analytical, with the ability to use insights to inform decisions
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Exposure to EHS, Product Stewardship or Supply Chain topics or terminology
- Experience working in a growth-stage or midsize software company
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, or Figma
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidates skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
