Description
Your Tasks:- Develop and implement innovative solutions for the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging and process integration.
- Address complex technical challenges in microelectronics package design and develop customized solutions.
- Provide technical consulting and support for both national and international customer projects.
- Lead and manage development projects and interdisciplinary teams for the introduction of new products and processes.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new segments and develop strategies.
- Perform feasibility studies and continually expand technological knowledge.
- Support the sales team with technical arguments and presentations.
Your Skills:
- Completed studies in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g. Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science) with several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in packaging.
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and a well-organized working style.
- Passion for technical developments and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Willingness to collaborate with international teams.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
