Description
We are looking to fill the position of a qualified Product Marketing Manager Motorcycle - North Europe (m/f/d) as soon as possible.Tasks / Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Marketing of key products using a variety of marketing tools and initiatives.
- Development of media plans with a special focus on local specialized media and influencers.
- Organization and execution of local product testing events.
- Lead the planning and organization of local trade shows.
- Use centrally provided marketing assets to create local POS materials.
- Develop and organize sell-in contests and incentive programs for dealers.
- Manage existing partnerships and identify and establish new collaborations.
- Prepare, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget with a strong focus on achieving the highest possible ROI.
- Coordinate with the PR department to ensure appropriate media coverage.
- Primary responsibility for activities in the Central region (DACH + Nordics), while also identifying synergies and efficiencies with other regions in NORTH Europe - North region (UK/Ireland) and East region (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Baltics).
- Coordinate with the MC Marketing Manager SOUTH Europe to identify synergies and cost efficiencies that can benefit the entire European region.
Motorsport
- Support the Race Product Manager with the administrative coordination of Bridgestone's European racing activities.
- Support local racing activities and events in the DACH region.
Required Qualifications and Professional Experience
Education, Master's degree, other certifications:
- Completed commercial/vocational training and/or a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.
Professional Experience:
- Experience in the motorcycle industry, ideally with strong product and market knowledge.
- Relevant marketing experience in a similar position.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Language Skills:
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies:
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong team orientation.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and networking capabilities.
- Ability to quickly understand complex matters and translate them into clear actions.
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips
