Product & Marketing Manager (f/m/x) - Life Science (EMEA)

As Product & Marketing Manager for our Life Science portfolio in EMEA with focus on PCR, you will lead product lifecycle strategy and drive market success across the region. You will define positioning and marketing plans, support affiliates and distributors in commercial execution, and act as the link between customer needs, internal stakeholders, and our partners. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on enablement to ensure strong market performance and sustained business growth.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive growth of our Life Science PCR product solutions by leading product lifecycle management and defining marketing strategies
- Design and manage product launches and market expansion across EMEA as project leader
- Conduct market research and develop segmentation, value propositions, and sales/marketing tools to support business development
- Enable affiliates and distributors through pre-sales support, product demonstrations, training (including lab-based)
- Ensure efficient product updates, complaint handling, and post-marketing surveillance processes
- Create impactful sales enablement materials, training content, and internal documentation
- Represent the portfolio at congresses, events, and key customer meetings across the region
- Manage marketing-related collaboration with Sysmex Corporation and/or third-party suppliers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (SCM, MarCom, RA/QA, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and sustained regional growth

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced Life Science professional with strong product and marketing management skills, ideally with a background in molecular diagnostics.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree in natural sciences, medical science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of molecular biology technologies, especially PCR/qPCR
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with a focus on product marketing, product management, or sales; knowledge of molecular diagnostics market strongly preferred
- Good understanding of molecular laboratory workflows, especially in the fields of hematology, oncology and/or infectious diseases
- Proven experience in project management and cross-regional coordination
- A creative, hands-on team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, results-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
