Job Overview

The Product Manager works closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to product managers, promoting best practices in product discovery, prioritization, and delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical expertise, and customer empathy to drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement product roadmaps.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders to build a clear product backlog.
• Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
• Launch new products or features and manage ongoing updates based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future enhancements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Systems

• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within Healthcare IT, Digital Health, Health Insurance enterprise software, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the market.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
