You will be responsible for identifying and validating opportunities, refining product requirements, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of features. This role requires a mix of analytical rigor, user empathy, and execution discipline-with a strong drive to learn and grow in the fast-evolving domain of Generative AI. You will also support the roll-out to the wider organisation.

- Contribute to the ideation and prioritisation of product features that align with customer needs and business goals.

- Work with engineering and design to scope MVPs, clarify edge cases, and ensure implementation matches intent.
- Ensure clarity of scope and outcomes during delivery cycles; own timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to define success metrics and run A/B or user experiments.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance and inform decisions.
- Ensure features are aligned with internal compliance, privacy, and regulatory constraints, both general as genAI specific.
- Stay current on trends in Generative AI, agentic frameworks, customer support innovations, and product management best practices.
What do you bring to the table...
