The company's flagship product is a simple financial record-keeping application that enables small business owners easily keep and manage their financial data for quick data-driven decision-making and also to access a curation of financial services that suit their size and needs.
Who We Are Looking For

We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product requirements and oversee development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and customer teams to align priorities and expectations.
• Use analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and optimize features.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by working with customer support teams to address feedback and improve product usability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, payment services and bank.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
• Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
