Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will drive product strategy by shaping feature specifications, gathering detailed requirements, supporting roadmap execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You'll combine analytical thinking and strong documentation skills to deliver software capabilities that push the business forward.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day Shift, 8 AM to 5 PM COL Time, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
- Responsible and accountable for outcomes and conduct
- Strong decision-making skills rooted in logical analysis
- Committed work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Combined 3 years as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst
- Experience designing or implementing HR-related technologies (HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits Enrollment)
- Previous PEO experience preferred
- Knowledge of HRP/PrismHR or SaaShr WFR is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple implementations
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Knowledge of infrastructure components and dependencies
- Ability to collaborate effectively and participate in customer engagements
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
Your Daily Tasks
- Understand and support strategy and vision for the technology platform
- Support roadmap needs and future-state business processes
- Collaborate with IT staff and internal teams during product reviews and pilots
- Develop user stories and detailed specifications aligned with release timelines
- Review feature specs with stakeholders for consensus
- Provide consulting support on processes and system issues
- Document and analyze requirements for client implementations
- Ensure alignment with corporate mission and goals
- Coordinate with Development teams to ensure spec clarity
- Review software for conformance to requirements
- Engage with prospects and customers for product feedback
- Work with marketing to present software features accurately
- Assess competitor technology suites
- Maintain productive relationships with internal teams
- Communicate issues to management promptly
- Demonstrate completed product functionality
- Design solutions that address business needs
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support UAT and Beta programs
- Help create training materials
- Assist in client conversion, migration, and rollout activities
- Provide post-implementation support
- Manage related subprojects as needed
