At CGI, we are looking for a Product Manager to join an international project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
- Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle - from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, DevOps).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and timelines.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Development Teams to ensure effective sprint planning and delivery.
- Represent the voice of the customer to guide product decisions and maximize end-user satisfaction.
- Analyze data, feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in product features and usability.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
- Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality and alignment.
Nice to Have:
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
- Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team delivery environments.
- Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Background in technical environments such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics.

- Strong communicator: proactive in clarifying requirements, providing updates, and collaborating across business and technical areas.
- Self-starter: takes ownership of product outcomes and drives initiatives with minimal supervision.
