The Job in a Nutshell
Are you passionate about shaping the future of restaurant management technology? We're on the lookout for a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the direction of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our diverse customer base. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving, a multi-tasker, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
What Will You Do?
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline and milestones for feature development and product enhancements.
- Evaluate and prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on factors such as customer feedback, market demand, technical viability, and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering, design, support, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Study, articulate, and advocate for user-centric designs and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces.
- Coordinate product releases and updates, including defining release scope, coordinating testing efforts, and communicating release plans to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Partner with customer success and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and address customer feedback and concerns effectively.
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying ideas and fostering collaboration across diverse teams while effectively managing stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving priorities and requirements.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to embrace challenges, learn from failures, and continuously improve.
