Work with Marketing Managers, Ostomy to achieving revenue growth for these businesses. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing efforts to drive local marketing strategy and manage aspects of the product line to grow sales.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Product Development

-Work with Marketing Manager to assess customer requirements; participate in defining and articulating current and future customer needs.

-Collect and summarize market intelligence information and monitor and assess competitor strategies and activities

-Establish product positioning and differentiation.

-Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product value.

2. Marketing & Promotion

-Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans

-Plan and execute Specific product launch campaigns

-Create promotional tools (brochures, videos, web content, etc.).

-Plan and execute educational programs (seminars, events, etc.) and medical conferences.

-Train and support sales representatives and distributors.

3. Product Lifecycle Management

-Gather feedback from clinical settings to drive product improvements and changes

-Collaborate with headquarters for product development.

4. Data Analysis

-Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.

-Monitor KPIs and track progress toward goals.

Work Experience Requirement

-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in medical devices, healthcare consumables, or related fields.

-Experience launching new products desirable

Local Specifications

-Japanese: Fluemt Native Level

-English: Business level desirable (nice to have)

Education Requirements

-Undergraduate/Bachelors degree is required (or in progress)
