Ihre Aufgaben
Produktmanagement
- Verantwortung für das Produktportfolio im Bereich Rolling Stock & Railway-Kabelsysteme
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien unter Berücksichtigung technischer Trends, Normen und Kundenanforderungen
- Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus: Marktanalyse, Produktdefinition, Entwicklung, Einführung und Pflege
- Koordination von Produktentwicklungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
- Erstellung technischer Produktdokumentationen und Vermarktungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Kundenanfragen und Angebotsprozessen
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Monitoring von Produktqualität und Performance im Feld sowie Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Market Intelligence
- Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen im Bereich Bahn- und Infrastrukturtechnik
- Aufbau und Pflege eines strukturierten Marktbeobachtungssystems
- Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale, Kundenbedarfe und technologischer Entwicklungen
- Analyse regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen und Normen (z. B. EN, IEC, ISO) mit Relevanz für die Produktstrategie
- Erstellung von Business Cases zur Bewertung neuer Produktideen und Marktsegmente
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von strategischen Roadmaps und Innovationsplänen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Strategie, Produktentwicklung und externen Partnern
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Marktanalyse, idealerweise in der Bahn- oder Kabelindustrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Anforderungen im Bereich Rolling Stock und Railway-Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Normen, technischen Spezifikationen und Zulassungsverfahren
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Responsibilities
Product Management
- Responsibility for the product portfolio in the area of Rolling Stock & Railway Cable Systems
- Development and implementation of product strategies considering technical trends, standards, and customer requirements
- Management of the entire product lifecycle: market analysis, product definition, development, launch, and maintenance
- Coordination of product development projects in collaboration with R&D, production, and quality assurance
- Creation of technical product documentation and marketing materials
- Support for sales in technical customer inquiries and quotation processes
- Conducting product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring product quality and field performance, and initiating improvement measures
Market Intelligence
- Conducting market, competitor, and trend analyses in the field of railway and infrastructure technology
- Establishing and maintaining a structured market monitoring system
- Identifying new market potentials, customer needs, and technological developments
- Analyzing regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., EN, IEC, ISO) relevant to product strategy
- Creating business cases to evaluate new product ideas and market segments
- Supporting the development of strategic roadmaps and innovation plans
- Close collaboration with sales, strategy, product development, and external partners
Your Profile
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in product management or market analysis, ideally in the railway or cable industry
- In-depth knowledge of requirements in the area of rolling stock and railway infrastructure
- Experience with standards, technical specifications, and approval procedures
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; Ideally, knowledge of German
