Job Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and proactive Product Manager (Late Level 1/Early Level 2) to join our dynamic product team. You will play a key role in driving product initiatives, from identifying opportunities to launching features and measuring their impact.

Responsibilities:

• Roadmap Contribution: Collaborate with other product managers to shape and refine the product roadmap.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including:
• Discovery: Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Definition: Utilize data analysis, create user personas, and map out user journeys to deeply understand product needs.
• Ideation: Prioritize problems using frameworks such as the impact/effort matrix, clearly define problem statements, develop user flow diagrams, and create low-fidelity wireframes in Figma.
• Product Requirements: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to craft detailed, actionable Agile product backlogs.
• Development Oversight: Actively support and follow up with engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Go-To-Market (GTM): Plan and execute launch strategies for significant feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Post-Launch Analysis: Perform A/B testing, analyze product traction, conduct user interviews, and utilize event-based analytics to optimize product features continuously.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Regularly interact with end-users and internal business teams to identify and address product gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, actively handling responsibilities similar to those described above.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, comfortable with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable with using Figma for prototyping and quickly defining lo-fi ideas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A computer science or engineering-related degree is strongly preferred.
