ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will be a key member of our 20+ person global Marketing team at Talon.One, dedicated to building a leading brand and driving growth. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be partnering day-to-day with Design and Web Engineering (including external development support) to ship and maintain our website.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Product Manager Web, you'll bring structure, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment to how we build and evolve talon.one-acting as the connective "API" between Marketing needs and technical implementation, so we can move faster with more consistency and quality.

This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Own the website as a digital product, driving implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement across the Talon.One web experience
• Act as the interface between Marketing, Design, Engineering, and external development partners to translate business needs into scalable web solutions
• Own and evolve the CMS/tooling setup, with a strong understanding of headless CMS workflows (Storyblok) and how content connects to front-end implementation
• Manage end-to-end delivery: write briefs and specs, align stakeholders, plan timelines, and coordinate execution with designers and engineers
• Support prototyping and early solutioning (e.g., in Figma) to help teams move faster and use design resources where they add the most value
• Collaborate with web performance and analytics stakeholders to ensure the site is measurable and supports experimentation (e.g., Hotjar, analytics, A/B testing)

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A solid track record in Product Management or related area, specifically focused on web platforms, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-scale technical environment
• The ability to engage deeply with our engineering team in Berlin on topics like web performance, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks
• Proven ability to act as the interface between Marketing, Design, and Engineering - translating requirements into scalable solutions and unblocking delivery
• The ability to balance enterprise-grade security and scalability requirements with a fast-paced, iterative delivery cycle
• Comfort collaborating with external development partners/agencies and managing delivery quality and timelines
• Stakeholder management maturity, including partnering with non-marketing teams (e.g., Legal, People Ops/Recruiting) to publish and maintain web content
• Strong understanding of modern CMS tooling, ideally including headless CMS concepts and workflows (e.g., content APIs, component-based systems, governance)
