Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in Asset & Wealth Management's Digital Distribution team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Identify opportunities to infuse AI/ML capabilities into marketing processes - e.g., content generation, targeting, optimization, and measurement.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to co-create user journeys that reduce manual effort and increase marketing impact.
- Develop intelligent segmentation and audience modeling strategies.
- Forecast campaign performance using predictive analytics.
- Implement generative AI solutions for content personalization.
- Act as a liaison between marketers, technologists, and data scientists to ensure feasibility, value delivery, and iterative improvements.
- Translate user needs into clear product requirements and prioritize backlog in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Lead pilot programs, gather user feedback, and iterate for optimal user experience and business value.
- Define KPIs to measure success of the co-pilot (adoption, efficiency gains, business impact)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience in product management, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or enterprise SaaS
- Deep understanding of marketing operations and campaign management tools
- Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, and AI-driven content and insight platforms
- Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics for non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud,
- Familiarity with AI model training, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning LLMs
- Background in agile product development (Scrum)
- Passion for empowering marketers and elevating the craft of customer engagement
