Description
Join a forward-thinking Payments team where your product management expertise will drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.As a Product Manager in the Tokenization product team, you will manage product backlogs, lead Agile teams, and deliver innovative payment solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure product excellence and a strong risk and controls environment.
Job responsibilities
- Manage product backlog, production support, and issue resolution for payment solutions
- Monitor goals and benchmarks, identify enhancements, and create remediation plans
- Lead product development efforts with Technology and Design teams
- Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance
- Collaborate with Risk, Control, Compliance, and Legal partners to maintain a strong controls environment
- Deliver communications and strategy updates to executives and leadership
- Publish executive reports on product health, industry trends, and customer feedback
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Seven years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, or Agile software development
- Deep experience in online payments, including card tokenization, digital wallets, and e-commerce payments
- Passion for understanding customer needs and building digital products
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail for successful execution
- Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions across product, technology, and design teams
- Track record of managing risk and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking, and engineering practices
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
