This position is for the " Brand Shiseido " under Shiseido Korea. Please note this is not a company-wide marketing role.

MAIN PURPOSE

Act as a product manager point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM and other departments in a highly collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute new product launch plans and communication strategies.
• Define campaign strategies and objectives (including new product strategies, VM & POS plans, etc.) by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Design channel-specific action plans (POS, events, etc.) to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Share weekly campaign sales reports and analyze key line performance.
• Support the Senior Product Manager in setting short- and long-term strategies.
• Manage local development projects (print production, POS materials, special events), ensuring flawless execution at POS level through collaboration with counter managers and retail managers as well as regular store visits.
• Develop event content (podiums, pop-ups) and propose engaging customer activity ideas aligned with global guidelines.
• Analyze and manage campaign and promotional expenses.
• Gather and consolidate campaign feedback from internal teams and share insights with global teams.
• Collaborate with external agencies for promoter hiring, campaign brochure production, and e vent execution.
• Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and emerging trends.
• Forecast sales volumes for new and existing products and manages Purchase Orders by product line.
• Control stock levels for saleable items and Sales Promotional Materials (SPM) and track SPM usage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product management or a related field.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong passion for beauty and fashion, with curiosity for new trends and concept development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
