Job Description
As a Product Manager / Portfolio Expert (m/f/d), you drive the strategic global marketing of our cutting-edge Miltenyi technologies in the dynamic field of immune-oncology research.
- You act as a close and trusted partner to customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs), cultivating a deep understanding of customer needs and emerging market trends in biopharma.
- You take ownership of building strong relationships with designated key customer accounts and proactively support their application-specific goals.
- You transform insights from internal and external collaborations-such as application notes, publications, and data-into compelling marketing collaterals that highlight the unique value of our immune-oncology solutions.
- You channel customer feedback to technical product management and R&D, ensuring our innovations are aligned with real-world needs and target applications.
- You collaborate closely with global and local teams across Sales, Marketing Communications, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and campaign management to drive success.
Qualifications
- You hold a PhD or equivalent degree in Biology and have experience in biologic drug development, eg. engineered cell therapies, therapeutic antibodies, or similar. Experience in immuno-oncology is a strong advantage.
- You have at least several years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing or other customer-oriented roles within the industry.
- You possess excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. A track record of successful international collaborations with KOLs in your field is a plus.
- You think strategically and analytically, with outstanding organizational skills. Your work is defined by persuasiveness and a clear focus on achieving results.
- You confidently use your English language skills in daily interactions across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- You are open to traveling internationally up to 30% of your time to engage with customers and represent the company at conferences.
